Hi, I'm Bianca. My approach to the real estate process is guided by gratitude, kindness, and respect, values that shape every interaction and decision I make. Whether you're buying your first place or selling the home you've lived in for 30 years, I'm here to make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible. Outside of real estate, you can find me snuggled up reading with my dog and husband with a cup of coffee or at the local barre studio taking a class; these are just a few of my favorite things. In addition to that, homes have always been special to me, not just as structures but as spaces that reflect your values, family, and personal style. I have a background in interior design and designed (and survived!) my own personal renovation, so I understand how scary and rewarding it is to see your vision come to life. My Process
Getting to Know Each Other
When we meet for the first time, I like to get to know you and your goals so we can start out on the same page. We'll talk about things like budget, dream home features, and any questions you have about the process. (We will walk through a general timeline during this meeting as well.) I make sure to break everything down in step-by-step, bite-sized pieces so the process starts out smoothly. This meeting is also a chance to set up a game plan and to figure out next steps so you have a clear path forward. By the end, my goal is for you to feel excited and confident, knowing you have someone to guide you through every step.
